What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you type into it: your name, mobile number, entrance exam and rank, preferred branch, the college you enquired about, and any message you write. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were looking at when you asked.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your passwords, payment card details or identity documents through this website.
Why we collect it
For one reason: so someone can get back to you about your admission question, and so the shortlist you get is actually relevant to your rank. That is the whole purpose.
What we will never do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand your number to colleges as a "lead" for a commission. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored in our own database and is visible to our own team only. We share it with a college solely when you have asked us to make an application on your behalf, and only the details that application needs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are actively helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us in a later admission cycle. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small flag locally so that the enquiry popup does not keep reappearing once you have already contacted us — that flag stays on your device and tells us nothing about you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to hello@ways2college.com and we will action it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
